If you’re an established brand like the Pawnee department of Parks and Recreation, a subtle change will not grab people’s attention, and a huge overhaul will only put off current users. Find a balance. Maybe a little nostalgia is in order. Perhaps it’s time to find a mascot. You can try tapping into different resources and employees and see if there are other ways to expand your brand.
